SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION – PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The following document has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13-14 EU Regulation 2016/679.

as data controller, in carrying out its activity it collects and processes personal data provided by data subjects. In order to ensure the protection and exercise of the rights provided by the law regarding the protection of personal data, the interested party is informed of the following:
Purpose of the processing
The data provided by the interested parties or by the representatives delegated by them will be processed to fulfill the following purpose:
A. Data management in relation to the activities related to the “Sponsorship Program” courses to which the interested party has joined.
How to exercise the rights of the interested party
The data subject is informed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13, paragraph 2 of EU regulation 2016/679, on the ways in which they can exercise their rights.
The data subject is informed that Thinkopen S.p.A., pursuant to Article 12 paragraph 3 of EU regulation 2016/679, has
- up to 1 month from the time of submission of the request by the interested party to respond to the exercise of the rights listed below.
- Depending on the number of requests, this deadline can be extended by two months.
Data retention period
Interested parties are informed that the personal data provided will be stored in the systems of Thinkopen S.p.A. for the time necessary to process the request expressed by the interested party.
Rights of the interested party
Thinkopen S.p.A. pursuant to art. 15-22 of EU regulation 2016/679, undertakes to ensure the full exercise of the rights of the data subject, unless this does not affect a legitimate right or the rights of other data subjects. The interested party is informed that, pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 2 paragraph D of the EU regulation 2016/679, if he deems serious breaches or complains about the non-compliance with one of the rights set out in this information by Thinkopen S.p.A., he may file a formal complaint with the national privacy supervisor.
